Just thought I'd report this, in case the dev team are interested in picking this one up.
On a Windows XP system, running as a user without admin rights, click 'Help > About' and the software throws an exception. Details below:
The file detailed in the exception report does exist, but the logged on user only has read/read+execute access to the file.
