On audio conferences, can you have two conferences running at the same time with totally difference attendees

For example

Internal User A - has a conference with Person B, Person C

Internal User B - has a conference with Person D, Person E


Both conferences running at the same time,

At first you say that the attendees are totally different but in your example User B is member in both of the conferences.
If your question is if it is possible to have simultaneous conferences then the answer is yes.
If you meant that you want simultaneous conferences where user B participates in both, then this could also be done but User B wont be able to talk to both lines at the same time.
