Hi There,

I need to find the best way to enable the auto-dialer (CFD) with my instance being hosted on Google Cloud.

Where should I put the database to get the number to call? Is anyone using this scenario?

Thank you

You can start with this: https://www.3cx.com/docs/cfd-creating-outbound-dialer/

Note that building a dialer in 3CX is not an easy task, that's why @VoIPTools have built their dialer tool over the years.

Also, we have our own dialer solution that works differently than most.

As you're self-hosted, CFD can be used without a problem as long as you have a Pro or Enterprise license.

Thanks for that

I did the dialler via CFD and I have a Pro license. My question is where should I have the database to get the number to call?

My 3CX instance is self-hosted on Google Cloud.

Thank you

Not on the 3CX that's for sure. The DB is up to you. You can use a file also or an API if you prefer. Usually, those DB would be either cloud or in your office's network.
