3CX Automatically open contact URL - use Contact Number instead ContactID

The integration was working fine,but After some time when i check the 3cx use http://example.com/contacts/contactnumber as URL instead http://example.com/contacts/contactID. on Automatically open contact URL when CRM integration is enabled. i am sure nothing changed in CRM side and in Template. Please Refer Log and Template and Please provide me the Solution.

Maybe you changed the Web Client > Settings > Integration, and selected "Auto launch a custom contact URL using variables"? In that case the Web Client will invoke the URL passing the caller's number. The template looks good providing the ContactUrl output with the Contact ID.
