i install 3CX on AWS amazon Cloud and i have patton gateway how to add this to 3CX on cloud ) with vpn or how .. i have normal huawei router

I would advise to replace the FXO lines with a voip provider. Maybe you can leave them there for the moment, geht a sip trunk so you can get some experience and once you are comfortable port the numbers to the provider.

VPN all the way, Smartware models are supported by 3CX also,

This video is for FXS however you can just do the FXO variant quite easily. What model of Patton do you have ? is it running Smartware or the newer Trinity models ?
