3CX behind Sophos UTM

Hello!

I'm using a 3CX behind a Sophos UTM for around 4 months. After configuring everything described in this HowTo, it worked fine.
Since some days I get this error:

Nothing has changed in my network. Can't find a reason for that.

I would be greatful for any and all advice.

Please double check your rules and see if everything checks out. Also if the firewall was updated then something could have changed.
