I have a problem
I have 3cx server behind a internet connection with a nat 192.168.1.x with ip 192.168.1.16
I have on 1 fritzbox and 3 softphones connected on that same nat 192.168.1.x
On a other internet connection i have 1 fritzbox and 1 softphone connected.
I can call to from all the phones with nat 192.168.1.x to the other phones wit nat 192.168.1.x
and i can call to the other internet connection with nat 192.168.1.x
The sound is oke and it rings so 100% oke
But when i try to call from a phone from nat 192.168.1.x to a other phone/fritzbox in that nat( 192.168.1.x)
then i have only ringing but no sound.
Now i have tryed to change the ports on the nat
so that (192.168.1.2) the soft phone got the ports 7000 to 7500
and then i have sound wehen i call.
But when i call with a other ip then 192.168.1.2 to the other internet connection with nat 192.168.1.16 i cant hear them
what am i doing wrong and can i solv it??
