Hi,

did anyone manage to interconnect 3cx PBX with not 3cx PBX in order to have extension to extension calls?

Tnx!

Depending on the number of extensions you want to reach, a Patton Smart Node T1/E1/PRI/VOIP gateway should do the trick.
In any case, you will need a network voice gateway that knows which extensions exist on which PBX

Also, if the other PBX supports SIP trunking (Cisco Call Manager, for example) then you can use that

Yes, it supports sip trucking, I am trying with asterisk (trixbox). I can establish calls from 3cx to tribox, but can not from trixbox to 3cx. Error on 3cx side authentication failed. I am stuck.

I setup this to run properly:
- 3cx-trixbox interconnected
- trixbox as voip provider for 3cx

If anybody need config examples, just send me email.

Generally is possible to use 3CX bridge (master) to interconnect with various PBXs. Sometimes it could be quite tricky (avaya, cisco), in other cases very straightforward. Consider using also VoIP gateways and SIP trunk / VoIP providers in 3CX in some cases.
Dialing extension-to-extension is easy to accomplish in both directions probably with any other PBX. However using remote PBX trunks and setting correct caller IDs may be tricky enough, even in cases of 3CX-to-3CX bridges.
