3CX Browser Extension with Karbon

Hi Team,

Good day and hope you are well.

We have this customer that would like to know if we could check a workaround on their current case wherein they stated:

I was running the browser extension for 3CX in Chrome and I was having issues within our main workflow program Karbon. I have few discussions with Karbon around this and they have advised below.

Our engineers have advised that Chrome extensions such as 3CX are not optimised to work with Karbon. Unfortunately, to avoid this issue you would need to:
- Disable the 3CX extension and use Karbon
- Use Karbon in incognito mode
- Use another browser where 3CX has not been installed

We just need to know the thoughts on this case on both 3CX and Karbon.

I am not familiar with Karbon, but you're using the "3CX Click2Call" extension? (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/3cx-click2call/baipgmmeifmofkcilhccccoipmjccehn?hl=en-US)
"included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’."
