3cx Bug? Display name not shown on some calls

On some inbound calls the display name is blank.
All calls are routed to a ring group Castiglione is the RG name)

Same SIP trunk, same DID.

Can't figure out why.

SIP trunk inbound paramenters: standard
Provider: Irideos/Clouditalia (Italy)

Hi @kuitogu,

I'd suggest enabling verbose logging from within the Activity Log >> Settings >> Verbose, then when those calls come through looking like that, have a look at the activity log for the From: Display Name and see what is being sent from your Provider.
