3CX Call Reporter Shows All Extensions as "Anonymous"

I am using the 3CX 24-Extension version with Polycom IP320's and (3) Patton 4114's.

Everything works perfect, however the 3CX Call Reporter shows extensions as "Anonymous"
instead of the extension number. This appears in the destination field. So if number 212-555-5555
calls extension 144, the source Column hows 2125555555 but the Destination column always shows
Anonymous.

Any suggestions ? Everything looks fine in the server activity log.

Ok, here are the server activity logs and the Call Reporter log (I replaced my phone number with xxxx):

The call at 09:10:37 is my extension 144 calling another extension 139
The next call is my extension calling my cell phone
The next call is my cell phone calling the digital receptionist which transfers to my extension 144

You can see the other incoming calls do the same thing.

I've tried routing from the PSTN device as well as a DID but it does the same thing.

Updated to V8 RC1 and still shows anonymous.
