Hello, I need to create a flowchart for 3CX version 20 using Call Flow Designer. When a user calls the call center, after 30 seconds the system automatically notifies them that they can call back if they don't want to wait. The user presses 5 and the call is disconnected. In reality, the call goes on hold, and when the operator answers, the call is automatically connected to the user. If the user doesn't want to be called back, they press 0. Please help me put together this flowchart.
who can help me ??

You could do this without CFD by sending the call to a priority Q after 30 seconds with a welcome prompt that will offer QCB if you didnt want to use CFD.

In fact.. you can offer the QCB from the same queue.

Waste of time. Use the built-in callback feature that @Alphabetic showed.

Using the native Queue Callback feature is the way to go with this. Actually you can't build this with a CFD App. First, your CFD app is out of the way when the user goes to the queue, so it can't do anything with that call. And even if you build an entire queue with the CFD app, which is extremely challenging, when the customer hangs up, the call is dropped from end to end. You can't stop this. So forget about the CFD on this one.

I'm having trouble following precisely what is desired. If the caller does not want to wait, they can simply just hang up and call back when they choose, right? If you want to offer the caller the option to RECEIVE a call back, then use the built-in feature that is part of the queue. Are we missing anything? Why are we talking about two options 5 and 0? If the above answers do not address your need, please try and explain with further detail.

Thank you for your advice and sorry for the late reply. I know this can be done through the 3CX interface, but there's one problem: when I enable this service, 3CX automatically repeats the caller's number, which doesn't suit me. How can I remove or replace this feature so that the system doesn't automatically repeat the caller's number?

If you’re referring to the message where the caller is informed that they have requested a callback, then hears their number repeated and is asked to confirm whether they want to be contacted on the same number or enter a different one, please note that this behaviour cannot be disabled.

This prompt is a core part of the callback feature and is required to allow the caller to confirm or change the callback number.

I understand you, but I live in Georgia, and believe me, it sounds terrible when the system pronounces numbers in Georgian. It's crucial for us to disable this feature.

You can replace the number prompts. They are just wav files.
