Solved 3CX calls records not showing with NFS Share

Hello Everybody,

I moved the default directory for the calls on my NAS.
After an update on my NAS and after a reboot of my server, the records are not visible.
When I did a "ls -rtla" I can see the directory modified and up to date and I can see the last records for the extensions.

Maybe I need to do something, but I don't see What.

What version of 3CX are you running and is it Windows or Linux?

It's a Debian 8.11 (waiting for a migration in Debian 9).

if you go to Call Recordings page and check location is it pointing to your NAS?

Network drives/folders are not supported in 3CX

Hello,

I forgot the version of 3CX. It's the 15.5.15502 Professionnal.
My location is : /mnt/3CX_records. I mounted a NFS Share. Here the configuration :
192.168.10.219:/3CX_Records/ /mnt/3CX_Records/ nfs user,auto 0 0

I have seen the records, but now, i didn't see the files.

you know that in V16 we have Archive location?

I updated the version, I'm in V16.0.1581 now.
After the migration, the records are apparents with NFS.
