3cx can't search custom fields (dynamic 365)

Hi expert
we integrated 3cx with Dynamic 365 (on premise)
when I receive call, open contact as well if the number save in "business phone" and "mobile" field.
but I add more phone field exactly like the crm "business phone" with deference name. but 3cx can't search in these fields.
please help me to 3cx client can find and match the telephone number in my new field.

As you use Dynamics 365 on premise, I assume that you are using the client side plugin. Is that correct?

In that case, the plugin performs the lookup in all standard phone fields ("address1_fax", "address1_telephone1", "address1_telephone2", "address1_telephone3", "address2_fax", "address2_telephone1", "address2_telephone2", "address2_telephone3", "assistantphone", "fax", "managerphone", "mobilephone", "telephone1", "telephone2", "telephone3"). If you're using a custom field, then that might be the problem.

The server side plugin only works with Dynamics 365 Online. On premise installations will not be able to use it.

2. can I change plugin lookup area?

You can edit the C# scripts provided and upload them as a custom plugin. However, please note that we can't help you with this.

how can I put series phone number (multi line) to one filed to searchable by 3cx?
like: phonenumber: 88145550-4

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Can you please elaborate a bit on this?

for example apple store has 3 series number: xxxxxx1, xxxxx2, xxxxxx3
can I pot these three numbers in one filed? like xxxxx1-3

You can't do that with the plugin we provide. However, you have the C# scripts, so you can edit them as you need if you want. Please note, however, that we can't provide any help on this.
