I am trying to diagnose data not getting into my reporting app using the 3cx CDR passive socket method. Not all calls are getting into my TRI-Line report system. It is configured as specified by the vendor, i am getting probably 75% of the calls into TRI-Line, but not all of them.
Does anyone know of possible issues using this method of CDR generation and transmission? There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to the failures. I have got a list of calls received on a handset and then went through the records and the missed calls just arent in TRI-line. It could be Tri-line not picking up the details or 3cx not providing it. I'm not sure, just trying to figure it out,
