3cx central gif's me an server error when i put in right log in.

Hi guys, i saw that some of you are pretty good with the terminal, in 3cx.

I am running a few 3cx units, one of the units, after a a power failiure, is giving me some stress.

I can login to the unit by terminal and take a look arroud, i restarted the management service. Did not help did reboot the whole machine no help still getting the standard login screen and when i put in the rigt credentiels, it gives me an server error.

Anybody some advice.

I think the unit is working like it should, but i cant verify that.

I was thinking worse case senario, get the backup from the server ( in the terminal) make a new one ( vmware) and put the backup back.

Only i read the backup way 3cx thinks, and i dont get it.

You are on the right track. Make a backup of 3CX, copy it off the box and then rebuild the VM.
