3CX certification for Datev

Hi togehter,

currently the 3CX phone system is not certified from datev. Last year in 2019 there was the datev certification on datev.

Can you tell me when the DATEV certification will come again? We have customers here in german they want
to have 3CX but have DATEV in use

can you request your team why 3cx is no more DATEV certified?
We have here a lot of customers that wants to have 3cx but in connection with DATEV.

I'd suggest escalating this is request to the Ideas forum regarding this if you have a Gold Partner that you know who can do it on your behalf.

Hi @bit101,

We've moved away from Client-side CRM integrations and opted for Server-side integrations. As far as I'm aware Datev can't be moved to server-side integration.

We need DATEV to have a REST API. As soon this is the case we can support it again.....

Currently it still works from the Windows App (the old one)
