i'm new on this forum and hope my post will find the right public.
We have deployed a new 3CX instance Enterprise with 24 sim call and about 80 users.
3CX is a VM (linux-based) hosted on our own cloud solution with 150Gb HDD, 4Gb RAM and 4 vCPU.
Version 18.0 update 6, Build 889
Globally all is working fine, but we meet a strange behavior with some users about internal chat,
when they receive pictures on the 3CX chat, webclient AND IOS app, the picture is not displayed but only the picture name.
then user can press the name and download the picture but is a bit really annoying.
The strange is that not occure every time and not from all users.
For example user A send picture and chat to user Z, all good
user c,d,e send pictures to user Z, strange behavior occur. But if user c,d,e send pictures to user Y it works nice.
Is that a knew issue? or have you any idea about what can impact this beahvior?
I attached to the post 2 pictures of the view on desktop app.
Some files have a strange extension, for these one i can assume is normal a preview can't be displayed but other have .jpg or .jpeg and only the file name is displayed.
