3CX Chrome extension clickable link feature is deleting data from other programs

I have noticed a problem with the 3CX Chrome extension click to call feature. It is actually deleting all numbers from my other programs such as ClickUp and Wrike. If I turn off the clickable link feature in the extension, then the data stays in my other programs. This is not a realistic solution however because as soon as the chrome extension is activated/installed, the clickable link feature is on by default. If a user happens to be running one of the affected programs at the time of the chrome extension install, all phone numbers will be deleted from all projects in said programs. This is a huge problem and the chrome extension can not be used until it is resolved. I am not able to find any other forum posts about this which is surprising.

Hi @oeicholz,

Are the programs you mentioned web based, are they publicly accessible so that we can test them?

For now you'll need to disable the option every time it loads, but maybe we can test and come up with a solution.
