3CX Click to Call

Hi All
After investigating how to get a click to call to work with a desktop applications I have come up with the following written in c#. It uses the same service that the 3cx desktop client uses.

You need to reference protobuf-net (nuget) and MyPhoneMessages.net which is part of the 3cx phone client.
