3CX Click2Call vs RingCentral Click2Call

I have a customer that is unhappy about the Click2Call feature as it is not intelligent as the RingCentral one. The main difference is that the RingCentral Click to call is a "one-click call" vs 3CX which is pushing the number to the app and then you have to dial the number.
Another difference is that RingCentral click-to-call allowed any number to be dialed vs 3CX where one of the numbers in a phone format can be dialed.

Anything that I am missing in order to offer the same functionality?

Hi @ThePhone You are not missing anything, the Click2Call function is designed in this way. Just to double-check, have you checked this blog to make sure the browser doesn't create another step in the process?

Thank you. I have already did the reg file, but eventually I went with a different chrome extension that did the trick.
