3CX client does not depict outlook calendar status

Hi, I have followed the instructions for Office 365 integration and able complete the integration procedure and i get "Status ok" message. i have added selective users for testing calendar/presence information. But i am unable to see their status while their calendar shows buzy in Outlook, 3CX continues to show as available (green).

Hi John, thanks for the quick reply. Yes. i have followed the document and able to integrate successfully. Also am able to selectively sync users. that means, integration is working as expected. Please find the image showing integration to be successful.

Can you please try to update your PBX and let us know if the problem persists with update 6?

It appears you are running an older version from the screenshot.

currently we are running on 16.0.5.619. The next update available is 16.0.5.622. I did not understand what update 6 meant. can you please provide additional details for better understanding?

Update 16.0.5.622 fixed compatibility issues caused by enhanced certificate checks, adopted by Chrome and Edge 85 or later browser releases.

After you install it, you will then be offered the next update which is 16.0.6.641 and this version includes further enhancements for Office 365 integration. Some more details here if you scroll down to Microsoft 365 paragraph https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/free-pbx-hosting/
