3CX Client doesn't ring

My 3cx client calls out fine but doesn't ring or display anything on incoming calls. I've reinstalled. It's an iphone 8 and 3CX v16.0.641
any idea what i'm missing or could this be server side?

And yet here you are asking for support. We can play 20 questions trying to get all the relevant information and guess at why it's not working, or you can provide the information up front which would speed up the proceed and might identify the issue right off the bat.
