Good Morning Colleagues
I hope you are doing good . I have 3CX client for windows 10 and i am trying to use it to make video call but failed . In preference , The camera is selected and the default settings is left as it is . When the call is connected , I can't find any button to initiate video call .

I have also android phone with 3CX - 155legacy (Version 16.0.0.6) installed to it and also can't do video call from it

Is there any configuration from 3CX system required ?

Thx in advance.

Best Regards

Hi @siscom

Firstly I would recommend that your update your PBX which should also automatically allow your Windows client to update to the latest version (you should be on 16.3.0.198).

Then I would recommend to try regular calls and first make sure they work. Do not test it against the legacy app, it's no longer being updated.

If audio calls work, then you can try to call a webclient extension and once the call is answered you will have a Video button you can press on the Windows client.

Hi John
Thx for your support . It works now.

Best Regards
