I've installed 3cx client for windows, latest version.
My Philips SHB8850NC headphone is working fine in receiving the audio from the softphone, but the mic is not working.
When I try a voice recording app in Windows, the mic is working and sounds are recorded.
In my 3cx client audio configuration I selected the mic of headphone as microphone and the speakers of the headphone as speakers.
