3CX Client v18, User-Defined Contact-URL, Open Silent

Hello,

With the previous client we used an .exe to transfer the currently running call into our CRM, which then pops out and integrates in an already open window.

However the new Client(v18) only supports HTTPS, We managed to transfer over the Call using HTTPS

But the 3CX Client opens a new Browser-Window at every call, which in our case only says "Response: TANSS Websocket \/ got call ... OK\n"]}"

is it possible to open the custom URL in Background ? that would be a very useful, because we only need 1 Window of the CRM open(all the time) in which the Call integrates, if you get 10 calls it opens 10 new windows which is pretty useless for us

I'm pretty sure this is not possible, but, you could still use the Windows App as it still is supported with v18 if that suits you best.
