3cx cloud microsoft azure

Hello .Please advice have a 3cx in the cloud azure just having a look at how it works free trial both 3cx and azure logged in today and it come up with an update debian 9 to 10 did not even think about it and clicked on it? and left it for quite awhile . Just tried now to log in and it comes up with server error not exactly sure what to do? Its not a working 3CX we are just testing . We did try and restart the virtual machine no luck and advice would be appreciated thanks

@heshousehold please open a support ticket and we can take a look and see what caused this to fail.
Provide us with :

1) license key
2) root username and password of your machine to be able to access it from our side.
