3CX Cloud on 3CX SBC Solution

Hi, I have implemented a Fanvil X5U-V2 router phone at a customer with 12 extensions, the office currently uses 4SC but is about to switch to a 48 SC, this is because they will not change the number of operators, but the queue with call position must grow. Basically, whoever contacts them must remain in the queue until they decide to hang up on their own or the operator becomes free. What SBC solution do you recommend?

It will be the PBX spec you need to consider as the queued calls will be waiting on there.

Those should not have problems being hosted in 3cx cloud with the license expansion also expands the performances.

The users always remain 12

10 with Fanvil X5U phone with 10 blf, but I have 2 Fanvil X5U-V2 phones with 30 blf.

In the specifications it always talks about 10 BLF per device

You could always split your 10 phones over your 2 v2 phones.

If you start to have performance issues then you'd need to look at the above link for system spec for SBC.
