Solved 3CX Cloud Server

This is probably very simple, but I cannot find exactly "where" an instance of 3cx is hosted? I have looked in the partner portal under installs, but it does not give any details as to "where" it is actually installed. I would like to know this information so I can migrate this to a Google Cloud platform in the near future. I am assuming that it is 3cx hosted now. Thanks for any help. - Bill

That is what I thought, but in the partner portal it says that the expiration date is June 24, 2020. How can I find this out (if it is a trial) - currently they are using 3cx Standard Version

Hi Bill,

If you wish to keep the current setup, run a complete backup via the management console and download it. You can now use this backup to install your own system that you will deploy in the Google cloud (either via manual installation or via 3CX PBX Express).

If you don't need to keep anything, then all you need is your key. Deploy a new system from scratch and use your key to activate it.

Meanwhile, you can PM me and send me the details of the current instance and we can delete it for you so it will not interfere with your license or FQDN of the new installation you are planning.

@JohnS_3CX is it also possible for you to delete "installs" from the Partner portal as well?
I stupidly created a new license for a customer, instead of upgrading it from a trial to commercial.

Surely 3CX Key licence or FQDN, owner name, logical info to be able to find your instance and not neighbours one
