Hi,
We are currently testing 3CX Cloud edition by projecting to host IPBX for our different organizations.
We have a problem on the Tenant1 (test tenant)
We can configure everything well and import our current IPBX backup to verify that it works as we want.
The only problem is that we can not access to the MYPHONE subsite. IIS returns 403 error.

Link to access:
http(s)://3CX_IP/tenant1_name/Myphone ==> fails
http(s)://3CX_IP/tenant1_name/Management ==> OK
http(s)://3CX_IP/tenant1_name/Reports ==> OK

Could it be a problem during setup? or a web.config error?

Thanks for support.

I have the exact same issue.
Everything is working except http://URL/tenant1/MyPhone
Also receive Access Forbidden.
Tested it locally on the server as externally. Folder doesn't contain index.aspx or default.aspx which could be the issue.
Didn't notice if this is due latest update as I didn't test this before.
I will install another tenant without updates and check again.

If you want to use the latest 3CXPhone for 3CX Phone System, please read 3CXPhoneSystemManual12 “Installing the 3CXPhone”

Hi Complex1
Thanks for your information but I don't want to use the 3CXphone application. At this time we use to use the silverlight embeded 3CXMyphone addon to follow presence and manage extension from each user desktop.

We are looking to be able to continue with only providing our users the 3CXMyphone apps = NOT the 3CX Phone

May be i have do a mistake on reading the manual?

To be clear, I do not think the Silverlight 3CX MyPhone client is applicable to any V12 version of 3CX. It was superseded by the new 3CXPhone for Windows client which does not make use of Silverlight given Microsoft's decision to quit supporting Silverlight. The new client has many of the same features as the earlier version to include presence and some level of extension management.

The other is simply the 3CX Soft phone client which has no presence info and is usable for virtually any SIP PBX.

here are the details:
