Hello @spring

if my 3CX is on cloud and i want to connect the PSTN land line to the 3CX server instead of using sip.is it possible?

To achieve (with a supported method) a connection between the PSTN Gateway and the PBX on the cloud, you will need to create a VPN connection, as the registration messages must come from a private IP address as per RFC 1918 and not from a public IP address.

Hi Panayiotis,
Could you advice in a bit detail? any gateway required in this situation?

You would create a site to site VPN tunnel.
Then on-prem where you have your PSTN lines you would place for example a Patton SN4114 FXO gateway.
The gateway would connect to 3CX over the VPN tunnel.

Shoot me a PM if you need specific help. I can maybe give you a hand.
