3CX Community Profile - Certifications

Not sure this is the best spot to post this but can't seem to find a better location.

I have my basic, intermediate and advanced certifications from 3CX. How do I get these added to my profile like I see on so many community members? I would like to display them so I don't look like a complete beginer when asking my not so smart questions that I post occasionally when google fails me

Hi @Matt_Perimeter9 ,

For your certification level to show, your forum account must be linked to your customer portal account. To do that, both accounts must use the same email address.

I admit this account is a different address but even when I login with the account I used to take the exam's they still don't show up.

If you have time take new certifications exams to be sure you are always on top take care no email error please

The 'Advanced Certified' on the left-hand side is tied to your portal account and requires having passed the certifications under that account/email. The logos can be added by anyone to their signature.
