3CX Conference PIN

Hi,

How can we secure the conference call? If i enable the PIN code it only applied for creating conference call. How about the one who will join the conference call? where is the security of this? Because even the PIN code is enable you just need to enter conference id then #.


Is there a work around for this? to have security for someone who will join the conference?

i don't think you can ask for a PIN number for the people who join

You cant have a pin to secure a conference or ask one for people who join in. The pin provided in the advanced options is for the user who will be creating the conference meaning that in order for a person to create a conference he has to input that pin during the conference creation.
