3cx configuration issue on debian 9

After you have installed 3CX, port 5015 does nothing. This port is only for the configuration. After that you need to access using the HTTPS port you used during the installation (default 5001 unless you changed it).

Can you access using the HTTPS port you used during the installation?

Please, someone, help us with this case. Still unable to start the 3cx.

Also, the port 5001 not working and we were using it as default.

If you type command: netstat -laputen | grep nginx
Do you see nginx listening on port 5001?

The problem here seems to be that nginx isn't running at all, that is why you cannot get into the Management Console. I am assuming you installed using HTTPS port 5001. If not, check netstat again bu using the port you installed with.

Now if nginx isn't running at all, them maybe you should uninstall everything, then restore again and restore a backup.
If you do this make sure you have a backup downloaded locally on your PC.

To uninstall what you need to do is:

• apt remove 3cxpbx --purge

then also maybe a good idea:

• apt remove nginx --purge
• apt remove postgresql --purge

Then after all this reboot the machine, then re-install 3CX as described here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/
