Hi, we are having the 3cx side server configured with vtiger, do the test and 3cx template show the information of the contact found on crm, so now i need connect the user agent for receive the calls and have a pop up with the information that 3cx found, help me please cause im confused cause not found setting for register the 3cx client with crm and reach the pop up.

You need to use the 3CX Web Client to get the popup. Once you have it running in a browser tab, you will automatically get the popup when you receive the call.

No, the Open Contact URL must be empty. The URL will be taken from Vtiger when searching for the contact.
