3CX Connectwise TAPI Plugin not working

We use to have the ability that on a client call 3CX would open Connectwise and find the client. Now it doesn't do it after update 16V. Any ideas?

This is the integration we provide with ConnectWise:

If you are using TAPI, you need to use the 3CXPlugins as described here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-multi-line-tapi/

There is no change regarding TAPI in v16, so anything you were using in v15.5 should work in v16. If it doesn't, please try reinstalling 3CXPlugins.
