3cx CPU usage maxing out on dashboard

If the management console has such high CPU usage then further investigation is needed to isolate this, I would also suggest raising a ticket with support and provide them with full logs.

I have tried raising a ticket but the representative i talked to said i couldn't get technical support on this issue, i previously was able to raise support tickets but can't now. he suggested i come to the community. i really need to sort this issue out. Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

You can get technical support for this issue, but you have to buy a ticket for this.
