3CX crashing with 3CXPhoneSystem01 failing

This has happened a handful of times since we have ugpraded to V18, however today, our busiest day since switching to V18, it has now crashed twice in the past 1.5 hours. We have also noticed an influx of calls that simply are not connnecting, which makes it feel like a blank call to the rep. To note, we are around 750-800 calls. Server CPU and memory are both under 50% utilization.

What else are you running on this machine?
 
I agree with kieferschild, if you have any 3rd party software on the 3CX server including any sort of AV, I would suggest removing them, rebooting the server and monitor it.

I would also though highly suggest you open a ticket the the Support Team so they can check the crash logs.
