I'm developing C# app using 3CX CRM API. It works like this: when subject calls me I look for the number in database and if I find the number I display Windows Form with caller details like email, address etc... and while I'm talking I can write notes which are saved in database,... and it works like charm.
In next step I want to get the same details when I call person using 3CX Phone or 3CX MyPhone. The problem is I don't know how to show message on outgoing calls. Is this possible? If yes can someone share sample source.
