3CX CRM TEMPLATE GENERATOR

hello,

I'm trying to generate a template for the integration of 3cx with our CRM, but I couldn't find a good resource that explains the direct integration without using the TEMPLATE WIZARD GENERATOR.

Has anyone ever used 3CX TEMPLATE GENERATOR without going through the wizard.

You can use the CRM tool without the wizard. Or you can also manually edit the XML using a text editor. This is the documentation you have about the XML that you need to create:

You can also check all the templates we provide from the Management console > Settings > CRM > Select Integration > Show Template. This way you can see what we're doing to create different integrations.
