3CX cuts call on SIP 302 moved temporarily message

Hello,

I installed the 3cx client on a Samsung Android Phone (and on an iPhone) , when i Make a call to a set that is forwarded to another set, the gateway sends an SIP 302 moved temporarily message to the 3cx client, at that time the 3cx client seems to cut the call.

so a sip feature does not work on the 3cx clietn (same behaviour on Android and on iPhone)

Is this a known problem ?
is there a solution (or upgrade) for this ?

HANS_V - are the phones forwarded using the Phones Features or 3cx Status features (MyPhone) ?

THe 3CX client is connected as a SIP client (user) on a Alcatel (PBX)SIP gateway, I tried to call a (normal) phone which is forwarded using the phone features on the Alcatel.
