Solved 3CX dashboard still shows trial license and not purchased license

Good morning,

We purchased an enterprise licence for v20 for our on-prem 3CX. After a system reboot the Dashboard system information still reports the trial licence and shows Active calls 0/4

If we click on Edit, we are taken to the Licence details screen with the correct purchased licence.

Is there a way to confirm the licence is applied - we are going live today and 4SC will not be enough.

In your dashboard, click on the license



Then click refresh



This should contact the activation server, and apply the updated subscription details.

Thank you - I had done that and a reboot.....but the main dashboard was still showing 4SC.

I did it once more ( 1st time after the reboot ) and it refreshed the main dashboard details, now showing the correct number of SC.
