May I know what is the database 3CX is using and able to open access to 3CX database?

We want to stress how important it is not to touch the 3CX database.

Many of the the things stored there rely on having the PBX making the changes.

If you make any changes to it manually, or access that database while the system is running, it could lead to damaging your system or data loss.

We do not provide access to the database.
