3CX Datev Integration doesnt work with dect.

Hi there,

I'm unsure if 3CX covers Datev in the english speaking realm, but since no one finds it necessary to answer in the german forum,
I'm trying my luck here.

We have a customer that uses Datev, a plattform for tax consultants.
Everyone except one of the customers employees uses deskphones. They work as they should with the Datev phone integration.
However the CEO uses a Snom M65 thats being operated by a Snom M700 Dectstation.

When he makes a call or gets called, the Datev phone integration inside the Datev Workplace does not register any incoming or outgoing calls.
Does this not work by default or is there something I should know?

Hi Felix,

The only thing I can think of is to suggest you make sure the old/legacy 3CX Windows App is set to CTI more, not softphone mode.
