Hey guys. Having an issue on a clients on site system where it keeps changing its local IP and then drops all connections because the ports are no longer pointing to this address.
It worked perfectly for 2 months without an issue then recently it's started changing its on IP. It's as if it's dhcp now when it didn't used to be.

Is it possible to lock the local IP without reinstalling?

To set a static Local IP is OS related and can only be done through the OS.
It is not possible to set a static Local IP through the Management console.
Alternatively, you can use split DNS, to resolve the FQDN of the PBX when the Local IP changes.
https://www.3cx.com/docs/creating-fqdn-split-dns/

Can the IP address be locked through the os? Do you know how to do this?

Yes. Google 'debian' and 'static ip'
