3cx debian linux freezes

Hi, I have one 3CX installed on Debian Server virtualized on the VMware ESXI, it worked well for the past year, but 3 weeks ago.
The VM freezes and I have to force a restart on the VMware, First in the logs the freezes appeared after a NTP request for external NTP of the debian, then I changed to an internal NTP, and the VM became one day without the freezing, but then returned to the same, the logs doesn't show anything unnormal for the freezings.
Has this incident ever happened to anyone else? If yes, how did you manage to resolve it?

I would suggest to ensure that you are using VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) 6.5u1 and above as it is also mentioned below:

Keep in mind that if the machine is freezing and is not even accessible through SSH this is OS related and not 3CX.
