Good morning.
I am trying to upgrade some self hosted instances from v.16.0.8.9 to v.18. In the updates section I get the notification "Version 18 (Includes updating the operating system from Debian 9 to 10)" I press "update", but a few seconds later I get this mail: 3CX attempted to update your 3CX Debian OS at frmlegno. my3cx.it from Debian 9 to 10 and failed.

This may be caused by changes made to the OS after installation. The attached log file shows where the update failed.

What can it be?
Thanks
Simone

Hi there,

Seems that the apt process is stuck. Please restart your instance and try again. (You can also just kill the apt process manually but I would recommend rebooting)

Hi! Thank you for your answer. A trivial restart actually solved the problem. I was able to update the system to V.18. Thanks a lot for your help.
Have a nice day
