3CX Desktop app failing to install

User trying to install the 3cx desktop app on a Windows 7 PC, and seeing the following error message:
Entry Point Not Found: The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll.
Anyone know how to get past this and get the app working?

I would not expect the desktop app to work on Windows 7. Try Windows 10.
