Hi
I'm using 3cx 7.1.7139.0 on a 2003 server.
I have one provider with two different numbers, 401000 and 401010
When I receive an inbound call to 401010 it detects it on the 401000 port

What about this missbehavior?

Here comes two lines from the log:

19:08:31.968 [CM503001]: Call(22): Incoming call from 015014498@(Ln.10002@Cellip00) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

The right port would be Cellip10 not Cellip00

In the next line:

19:36:40.186 [CM505003]: Provider:[Cellip00] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [Sippy] Transport: [sip:192.168.0.15:5060]

Is there something in my setup I'll have to change?

If you're talking about UDP port than there's misunderstanding, because UDP ports range from 0 to 65535, so it can not be any 6 digit number

No I mean the ports to the provider.

Fix source identification rules than.

These two lines discover the problem taken from the call log:

22:59:53.810 [CM505003]: Provider:[Cellip00] Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [Sippy] Transport: [sip:192.168.0.15:5060]

22:59:53.810 [CM503001]: Call(67): Incoming call from 0706691767@(Ln.10002@Cellip00) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

The incoming call is for the port with Ln.10001 but all incoming calls goes to Ln.10002
As you can se in the first raw: Device not Identified

The both lines comes from the same Sip privider but with different numbers.

Is there any settings I have to do?
