Does the 3102 appear to registered in 3CX and in the Info tab of the 3102?

Do you see a log in the 3CX Activity Logs for an incoming call? Error message?

Is the 3102, perhaps, set to send incoming calls to the FXS port?

If you still have issues, please post the entire PSTN tab with the Advanced (upper right corner) option selected

OK, here are some changes to make, all in the PSTN Tab, from top to bottom...

Proxy and registration

Use OB proxy in Dialogue = No not needed, there is none anyway
make call without registration = No device should always register or there is a problem

Audio Configuration
Preferred Codec = G711 if you use audio DTMF over the trunk, you don't want it forced use a low bit-rate codec

Dial plans
Dial Plan 8 = (S0<:10000>) that's a zero after the S

PSTN to VoIP gateway setup

PSTN ring Thru Line 1 = No set to yes sends incoming PSTN calls to the phone in FXS
PSTN CID for VoIP CID = Yes
PSTN caller Default DP = 8 refers to the dialplan above

FXO timer values
PSTN Answer Delay = 3 if you use Bellcore CID then this delay allows it to be captured

Can't see anything else off-hand, so see if that works for you

Thank you very much leejor!! I think the main problem was the "PSTN ring Thru Line 1 = No set to yes sends incoming PSTN calls to the phone in FXS"

Well, that was part of it. It is one of the options that splits the FXS and FXO. However, without the proper dialplan, incoming calls would not "forward" to the trunk number that you created, in 3CX.
